The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, tourist sights, and a supermarket.

I had a great time during my holiday stay here, the venue is close to various restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

The location is particularly good, 10 minutes' walk to an audio-visual museum. It is an elegant building. The rooms are reasonably large with a spectacular view over the Jardins area.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Sao Paulo. The room was spacious and carpeted, it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe.

The location was wonderful and fantastic, relatively close to Shopping Iguatemi. All of the staff was amiable and amicable. I was upgraded to a well-appointed and great-sized room with a spectacular view over the Jardins area.

The hotel was enchanting and perfect with excellent location near bars in São Paulo. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was reasonably priced. My room was extremely spacious and carpeted room with calm atmosphere, a balcony plus a spectacular view.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very safe area with many restaurants and bars nearby. The location was perfect, away from all the tourist sights, but close enough to easily explore the city. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English.

I recently stayed at Melia for a week and had a wonderful time. The hotel is conveniently located near excellent restaurants, bakeries, and a shopping mall. The financial district, churches, and a supermarket are also within easy reach. The check-in process was fast, and I was impressed with the great breakfast selection. The bar was a favorite spot for me, especially during the Women’s World Cup and Copa América matches. The young bartenders were friendly and attentive. One highlight of my stay was taking private tennis lessons from a former WTA player at the hotel's tennis court. the location, amenities, and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

This is a modern, international hotel with english-speaking staff. Our room was spacious although the toilet/shower area was quite small. Breakfast was very good with superb fresh fruit and a mix of cold and hot meats etc. Staff were invariably helpful.

We found that there wasn't enough storage space in the room. We were, however, in the hotel for 7 nights so we came with quite a lot to store.

Modern hotel, in upmarket, safe, area of S.P. Twenty-plus floors with good gym and pool on the roof. Good facilities in room and balcony (only up to tenth floor). Powerful shower, comfy bed, good breakfast with short-order cook on eggs, waffles and pancakes. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

This could just be me, but I got more mossie bits in one night at the hotel than in the 10 previous days all round Sao Paulo and Rio states...despite my "jungle strength" spray! Beware!

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful; enjoyable breakfast in a beautiful room; convenient location for business travel; high-end service and specifications; good location and comfortable, clean rooms; great staff, comfy beds, spacious rooms, amazing blackout curtains, and a fantastic breakfast with a cool pool area and stunning city view.
